US construction firm PPC Partners has announced the appointment of Valerie L Adair as Chief Financial Officer.
In her new role, Adair will oversees finance and accounting, information technology and strategic planning. Her initial focus will be on leveraging recent technology investments to utilise economies of scale to improve its operations. She will also play a key role in the company’s diversity initiatives; and will support its Women Employee Resource Group (ERG) – United Women of PPC.
Most recently Adair was Senior VP of Finance at Austin Industrial, Inc. She comes to PPC Partners with over 10 years leadership experience in the construction industry.

“Valerie is an experienced leader who will bring decades of finance leadership experience to PPC Partners,” stated PPC Partners’ Chief People Officer Dr Edwin Garcia. “She is the first leader to hold the CFO role at our company since its founding nearly 75 years ago; and will report to Jim Ditter our CEO.”
