ChangeLeaders 2025 are 100 trailblazing figures recognised by We Make Change, in partnership with the Blue Earth Summit, for redefining what it means to lead with purpose. From carbon-cutting CEOs to inclusion champions and circular economy innovators, they’re proving that business can be a force not just for growth, but for good — and that the future of enterprise lies in responsibility, not rhetoric.

The list spans continents and sectors, highlighting leaders who are turning principles into practice. Abby Chicken, Head of Sustainability at Openreach, is driving the UK’s digital infrastructure toward net-zero emissions. At Google, Adam Elman is embedding sustainability into EMEA’s tech landscape, while Ana Lucia Marquez at Coca-Cola Latin America is championing water stewardship and social impact in one of the world’s most resource-sensitive industries.

For others, the focus is on people. Asif Sadiq, Chief Inclusion Officer at Warner Bros. Discovery, is pushing global standards for workplace equity.
