The 2025 Inclusive Awards celebrated this year’s inclusion and belonging trailblazers at London’s Hurlingham Club.

The ceremony, organised by Inclusive Companies and sponsored by TalkTalk, took place on 27 November 2025 and brought together leading diversity advocates, organisation and public figures to recognise individuals and teams driving meaningful change in workplaces and communities. This year’s winners span a diverse range of sectors, demonstrating just how far-reaching and essential this work has become.

All awards submissions were rigorously assessed by an independent judging panel. They looked beyond written policies to uncover evidence of real, lasting impact from nominees dedicated to advancing diversity, inclusion, equality and equity. A special Lifetime Achiever Award was presented to Dr Vanessa Vallely OBE, Founder & CEO of We Are The City. She was recognised for her longstanding dedication to empowering others and championing inclusion.

GROWING COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

“Since launching the Inclusive Awards over a decade ago, our collective commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion has grown stronger than ever. Meaningful change requires ongoing dedication, and the remarkable efforts of this year’s finalists remind us of what is possible,” shared Paul Sesay, CEO of Inclusive Companies. “By celebrating their impact and elevating their voices, the Inclusive Awards inspire organisations to push boundaries, challenge norms and champion inclusion in ways that create lasting transformation.”
