d&i Leaders has announced the launch of a one-day CPD accredited training diversity and inclusion (D&I) workshop, entitled The Foundations to Being an Effective D&I Leader. It’s designed for professionals who have recently taken on responsibility for leading, or helping to deliver their employers D&I strategy, as well as those who aspire to do so, confirms d&i Leaders Founder, Mark Baker.

The workshop aims to provide the foundation knowledge and understanding of equality legislation, diversity and inclusion. It will also cover unconscious bias, helping individuals understand what bias is, how to recognise it, as well as how to move beyond it and foster inclusive behaviours in their leadership style. Delegates will also learn how to obtain D&I data, track it and monitor progress.
