The Great Place to Work For All Summit has announced that this year’s event will feature an invitation-only Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Forum. The Forum will be moderated by Tony Bond, Executive Vice President & CIO of Great Place to Work, and Ellen McGirt, Senior Editor of Fortune and author of the RaceAhead newsletter. 

The moderators will guide leaders in an off-the-record discussion to inspire and share knowledge and practices that they can take back to their companies to achieve the ‘lasting impact of creating a For All workplace culture’. Speakers at the Forum will include: Mike Fenlon, Chief D&I Officer at PwC; Kathy Fink, CHRO at Stryker; Oris Stuart, Chief D&I Officer at the NBA; and Tony Prophet, Chief Equity Officer of Salesforce. KPMG, PwC and Salesforce are sponsoring the D&I Forum.

The Great Place to Work For All Summit is expected to draw more than 1,600 CEOs, CHROs and other business leaders who are passionate about creating great workplaces for all. It will be hosted between 3rd and 5th March 2020, at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis, where delegates will learn how the very best companies lead change, drive business results and increase innovation, says the organiser.

The Great Place to Work Culture Rockstar social event will take place at the Summit on Wednesday 4th March 2020 at the San Francisco Masonic Auditorium and will feature Oscar and Grammy Award-winner, Melissa Etheridge. 

The Summit will also host the Great Place to Work For All Leadership Awards Gala on 3rd March 2020, at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco. The Awards Gala is co-sponsored by Cadence, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Salesforce, Workday and World Wide Technology, with this year’s theme honouring  For All Leadership.
