Supporting hybrid, flexible and smart working with a safe return to the office is the focus of the next Virtual Diversity Forum, organised by the Clear Company.

Returning to the workplace post lockdown is going to look very different and employers have an unprecedented opportunity to create workplaces, where wellbeing and productivity are intrinsically linked.  In response to the new virtual world we now find ourselves in, the Clear Company has updated its previous format of the Regional Diversity Forums to become the Virtual Diversity Forum.

Still organised by The Clear Company, the Virtual Diversity Forum events will help members to forge new relationships across the regions of the UK. Instead of four smaller regional meetings, it will now meet four times a year combined as a national network, creating more opportunities to network and learn from fellow diversity and inclusion professionals.

SAFE & POSITIVE WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE

The first Virtual Diversity Forum of the year will take place on 2 March 2021 (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM CET) and will explore the importance of adjustments in making sure the return to work is a positive experience; noting the challenges employers face in doing this but also sharing success stories from people’s experience to date.

The free forum will be hosted by the Clear Company’s Sarah Ramsden who will be joined by Ursula Tavender of Flexpo, Claire Jones of Clear Talents and Jennifer Allen of Balfour Beatty; all of whom will be sharing their research findings from the pandemic and what employers can do to support a safe return to the office.

Networking sessions will be interspersed through the forum session, so that attendees can share their experiences and thoughts on the next steps. Click here for more information.
