Creating Safe Spaces at Work

Insight HRC and Green Park have organised a webinar on how to create safe spaces at work.

Scheduled to take place on 21 April (10-11.30 CEST), this free 90 minute live webinar will explore how to create safe spaces at work to drive performance. Psychologically safe workplace cultures encourage employees to freely share their opinions and ideas without fear of judgement or punishment and make mistakes.

According to Green Park and Insight HRC, the highest performing teams feel “psychologically safe”. In fact, that’s what Google’s two year study found as the common factor on what makes a great team.

DRIVING PERFORMANCE

The event’s headline speaker, including David Sayers, Partner, CFO & Board Practice at Green Park; Pip Gwynn, Director at Insight HRC; and Development Consultant Ffion Jones; will discuss how HR leaders can drive higher performance through psychological safety. Key topics include

  • What psychological safety is and the leadership behaviours that promote it.
  • The science behind how psychological safety can improve how teams perform.
  • How to create those safe spaces for remote and hybrid teams.
