2025’s Break the ceiling touch the sky Global Male Champions for Gender Equality have been revealed.

The list, from House of Rose Professional (HORP), recognises more than 200 senior executives whose advocacy for women in leadership is changing how global business works. These men, drawn from leading companies worldwide, are being celebrated for their role as allies and advocates for inclusion.

The 2025 list is based on research involving 6,500 male executives across 800 companies. It highlights those who have taken visible and measurable action to advance gender balance. Five factors shaped the final selection: visible advocacy, influence across industry, commitment to promoting women in leadership, support for external learning through Break the ceiling touch the sky, and investment in fair policies.

A NEW GENERATION OF MALE ALLIES

“These are leaders who have gone beyond words,” said Anthony A. Rose, Chairman and CEO of HORP.“Companies that build gender-balanced teams perform better, innovate faster and grow stronger. Our summit helps leaders learn from one another and move equality from theory to practice.”

Research by HORP shows the link between gender balance and performance is clear.
Firms with 30% women executives report up to six percentage points more in profit.
Companies listed on the Break the ceiling touch the sky® 101 Global Index from 2020–2024 outperformed peers on sales and profit growth.

Between 2020 and 2025, the share of women in senior roles at the world’s 500 largest firms rose from one in five to one in three. Organisations where men play an active role in equality programmes are seeing faster, more lasting progress.

THE BUSINESS CASE FOR INCLUSION

The economic argument for gender diversity is now impossible to ignore. Data from HORP’s Break the ceiling touch the sky Global Index shows that companies with strong gender balance at leadership levels consistently outperform their peers in revenue growth and innovation.

As Rose puts it: “The best companies don’t wait for equality to happen – they build it. Male champions play a critical role in opening doors, sponsoring women leaders, and ensuring equality becomes part of corporate DNA.”

Many of this year’s honourees will share their experiences at the 2025 World Edition of Break the ceiling touch the sky on 4 November 2025 in Singapore. The summit will also reveal the 2025 Asia’s Most Inspirational Women list.
