Texthelp has organised a free webinar for HR and diversity and inclusion (D&I) professionals on how to remove barriers for neurodiverse staff who are working remotely. The webinar, which will take place on Wednesday 1st April at 2pm, will focus on how companies can best support their neurodiverse teams and employees with Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Autism, ADHD and Aspergers during this period of remote and disrupted working.

As more organisations across the globe move to remote working and learning and social distancing measures, it’s vital to help neurodiverse staff and those with hidden disabilities deal with the unprecedented disruption, created by the coronavirus pandemic. The webinar will help HR and D&I professionals to understand and remove barriers that neurodiverse staff may face when working remotely.

Entitled ‘Remote working: removing barriers for neurodiverse staff’ this free webinar will engage participants in a discussion around everyday communication challenges faced by neurodiverse colleagues, how these can be particularly pronounced through remote working and how to best support your team.
