The Big Fish Academy has organised a virtual training event to help firms in the tech and engineering sector to recruit more diverse talent. According to the organiser, the training sessions will help D&I/HR and managers responsible for hiring, redesign recruitment strategies to attract more diverse talent, as well improve gender balance.
Focused mainly on the engineering and tech sector, attendees will get the opportunity to review their recruitment channels against diversity with an expert, learn how to de-bias hiring, selection, interview and assessment practices, de-bias job descriptions, and apply gender bilingual advertising.
