Texthelp is teaming up with Monster and Ingeus to bring an eight-step inclusive hiring plan to attract diverse employees.

Statistics show that diverse teams are 87% better at making decisions. However, 61% of neurodivergent employees have faced stigma at work. Furthemore, 93% are more likely to apply to work for a company that was supporting neurodivergent employees well.

The event, organised by Texthelp on 23rd November, includes direct insights and results from industry leaders and feedback from neurodivergent employees on the impact inclusion makes to their hiring experience.

Speakers include Claire Barnes, CHRO of Monster; Emily Garvie, Head of Talent Acquisition of Ingeus; and Calum McBurney, Talent Acquisition Lead at Texthelp.
