Inspiring women in leadership across the Americas

House of Rose Professional (HORP), a global leader in female executive leadership development, has revealed 2023’s most inspirational women in leadership across the Americas.

The 2023 Break the ceiling touch the sky list of The Americas Most Inspirational Women in Leadership focused on the corporate world, is curated by House of Rose Professional from its review of female executives in current executive leadership roles in over 500 Companies operating in the Americas, primarily the USA, Canada, Mexico , Brazil and Argentina.

The list does not aim to be a comprehensive listing of all of the inspirational women in leadership in the Americas but is simply representative of the many talented women leaders living and working in the Americas and obviously serves as a catalyst for other women leaders to dream big.

GENDER DIVERSITY EQUALS BETTER BUSINESS

Research shows that when considering a potential employer, 61% of women look at the diversity of the employers leadership team, 67% at whether it has positive role models similar to them, and 56% at whether the organisation publicly shares its progress on diversity. Gender diversity and inclusion in organisations is a critical indicator of success.

Anthony A Rose, Chairman and CEO, House of Rose Professional

“Gender diversity in leadership is consistently linked to better business, better innovation, better employers, and greater corporate social responsibility,” commented Anthony A Rose, Chairman and CEO, House of Rose Professional. “We are delighted to announce the 2023 Break the ceiling touch the sky’s list of Americas Most Inspirational Women in Leadership in support of MISSION 2029 FOR A BETTER WORLD – our stated 10-year mission to shape a better world via better (gender) diversity & inclusion, leadership, and business. House of Rose Professional will continue to create visibility and opportunity for female leadership around the world with the 10-year goal being to quintuple the number of Female CEOs in the world’s 500 largest companies (from 14 in 2020 when we announced the mission to 70 in 2029) and double the number of Male CEOs investing in gender diversity and inclusion.”

INSPIRING LEADERS

The list of over 150 inspirational female leaders across the Americas was curated by House of Rose Professional after reviewing senior female executives across the Americas from over 500 organisations. It aims to shape a better world via better diversity and inclusion, better leadership and better business.

Five factors were used to determine Americas’ Most Inspirational Women in Leadership. They include career achievements; scale of influence; active and visible advocacy for gender equality; active support of other women in leadership within and outside of their own organisations; and sharing of their best practices for success across broader industry. A spot on the list is not linked to any “subscription” or “certification programme”,  and cannot be influenced or paid for, confirmed HORP.
