The Not in MY Workplace Sydney Summit, on 3rd December 2019, will gather leaders and change-makers from both the public and private sectors to combat sexual harassment in Australian workplaces.
Scheduled to take place at Sydney’s Sofitel Wentworth, the event will provide the opportunity to listen to experts, share knowledge and actions that can ensure safe workplaces. “By making sexual harassment everyone’s business, we can ensure workplaces are healthy, supportive environments where everyone can thrive,” says the event organiser.
Australia’s Sex Discrimination Commissioner Kate Jenkins will deliver the opening keynote address, offering a ‘State of the Nation’ on workplace sexual harassment, followed by a line-up of industry leaders and experts offering actions that organisation leaders can take to understand and prevent sexual harassment at work. The Summit will provide a forum for important conversations, networking and connecting with colleagues to make workplaces truly inclusive environments where everyone can reach their full potential, adds the organiser.
