The Big Fish training academy has launched strategic virtual training sessions to help diversity and inclusion (D&I) professionals better influence team leaders and middle managers. The event will take place online on Zoom on Thursday 14th May, 2020 between 9:30-13:00 (GMT).
“If you find that D&I priorities seem to remain at the bottom of the list for team leaders/managers, despite direction from the top, then this training is for you,” says Big Fish. In this session, D&I professionals will learn how to find out what motivates team leaders and middle manages, as well as what doesn’t.
“You will also learn skills and techniques to influence and motivate them so that everyone is pulling in the same direction to embed D&I,” adds Big Fish. The interactive session will be run on Zoom and split into two 90 minute slots, with a 30 minute comfort break in between. Numbers will be limited to allow for plenty of interaction and time for questions.
