In celebration of Pride Month, The Clear Company’s senior consultant Maria Carolina Baggio will be facilitating a lecture on Gender and Sexuality for diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) practitioners.
Scheduled to take place on 28 June (10-11.30am BST), The Myth of Normality at work lecture will:
• Explore four key concepts of Gender and Sexuality.
• Look into facts and figures in the UK and World.
• Unpack the LGBTQ+ acronym and understand the different communities it unifies.
• Understand the current opportunities and challenges organisations have been facing in this space.
• Explore what organisations have been doing in this space and how to expand these actions towards authentic inclusion.
• Have a safe space and the opportunity to ask questions and share the experiences from different organisations and national backgrounds.
