Sheree Atcheson joins Peakon as Director of DE&I

Employee success platform Peakon has announced the appointment of Sheree Atcheson for its newly created role of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). According to Peakon, the writer, ambassador and speaker, brings a wealth of experience to Peakon. Her previous roles include Head of Diversity & Inclusion at online challenger bank Monzo and Head of Consulting Inclusion at accounting firm Deloitte. 

In fact, Atcheson has been named as one of the UK’s “most Influential women in tech”. She is also the board appointed Global Ambassador of Women Who Code – a platform which passionately advocates for women being proportionally represented and excelling in technology careers. 

DRIVING POSITIVE CHANGE

Commenting on her new appointment, Sheree Atcheson stated“I’m delighted to be joining Peakon – a tech company that partners with 1,000+ organisations to improve the working lives of employees across the globe. DE&I JOURNEY

Atcheson’s responsibilities include supporting Peakon in its own DE&I journey, while supporting the organisation to help its customers to do the same. This will be achieved in part through the further evolution of Peakon’s product portfolio, which is designed to help organisations build diverse and inclusive cultures through insights, training and actions, added the company.
