Multinational sports and betting group GVC Holdings has joined forces with All-in Diversity Project to promote best practice in diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I) in gaming. All-in Diversity Project is an industry-driven initiative to benchmark DE&I in the global betting and gaming sector.

Commenting on the partnership, GVC CEO Shay Segev, stated: “GVC is delighted to join the All-In Diversity Project as a founding member. As a global employer, GVC is committed to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive culture where our people feel like they truly belong. We are a multicultural business that values, celebrates and respects individual differences. So whatever your sexuality, gender, gender identity, ability, age, race, religion or belief, you will have a voice here, and the space to do your best work. We look forward to working with our partners to make our industry a more inclusive environment.”

Adding to Segev’s comments, Co-Founder of All-in Diversity Project’s Kelly Kehn, said: “GVC is a great addition to our roster of founding members. As an multi-channel, multi-jurisdictional industry leader, they bring an unrivalled knowledge and global perspective of the industry that along with a passion to lead and share their best practices will help us take another huge step towards a better more inclusive industry. We are proud to welcome them.”

BEST PRACTICE SUPPORT

The All-in Diversity Project provides tools to businesses looking to progress in DE&I. Its founding members provide guidance and support sharing best practices and resources. GVC joins other companies such as Microgaming, IGT, SiS, Caesars, Betsson, Scientific Games, Flutter, Gaming Innovation Group and Kindred Group as a founding member.

The All-in Diversity Project collects data through employee surveys and the All-Index – a standard index which is set to be the definitive benchmarking tool for the gambling industry to measure DE&I progress in the workplace. Its vision is to shift the paradigm for inclusion through transparency, measurability and actionable tactics.
