Race Equality at work

The founders of Race Equality Matters have announced a virtual launch of the UK’s first-ever Race Equality Week. 

Race Equality Matters is a non-profit collaboration of individuals and firms uniting to address race challenges in the workplace. Its founders Raj Tulsiani (CEO of Green Park) and Javed Thomas (CEO of The Collaboratory) will explain the rational behind the movement at the launch event. They will also discuss why they created Race Equality Week and the solutions to create meaningful change for race equality.

TIME TO ACT

The virtual launch is a great opportunity to find out how to get involved in the UK’s first-ever Race Equality Week, scheduled for early next year from the 1st to 7th of February. Other speakers at the event include: 

  • Baroness Morrissey, Founder of the 30% club
  • Dr Karl George MBE, Managing Director of The Governance Forum
  • Simon Blake OBE, Chief Executive of Mental Health First Aid

The virtual event, sponsored by executive recruitment firm Green Park and Flair, will take place on 4th November 2020.
