Gender Agenda Online Summit

Equality Leaders, the global digital community connecting people, ideas and organisations to build a fair and equal world, has announced the launch of its Gender Agenda Online Summit.

The event, which celebrates International Women’s Day themes, is scheduled to take place on 10 March 2021.  Female executives from across the globe will share their experiences, perspectives and real-life stories whilst navigating challenges around race, gender and the pandemic. The event aims to discuss the state of gender equality and debate topics that matter to women, supported by male allies.

The summit organiser promises to cover topics such as:

  • Role of the inclusive leader; organisation’s responsibility to gender equality; the practical steps to reverse inequality.
  • What the future of the workplace may look like; the impact on female employees; how organisations are responding.
  • How organisations are overcoming barriers to representation; fairness in today’s society through lived experiences; getting a global perspective.
  • Practical steps to drive equality; how to evaluate good practice and transfer it to other sectors; enabling female talent to thrive early in career.
  • Key to unlocking allyship; how to educate organisations and people; getting allyship right and its impact.
