Construction management software firm Procore Technologies has announced the appointment of Sandy Hoffman as VP of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.

In this role, Hoffman is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring diversity and inclusion initiatives that promote and challenge Procore to evolve its culture of belonging. She will also drive efforts to create a more inclusive and diverse construction industry; and report to the company’s Chief Talent Officer, Pat Wadors.

EMPOWERING EMPLOYEE POTENTIAL

Hoffman recently served as Senior Director and VP, Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at ServiceNow from 2018 to 2021. She led the evolution of the company’s diversity and inclusion strategy to drive talent engagement and business growth; and empowered employees to realise their full potential. She previously served as Director of Global Inclusion at LinkedIn. In this role she led the company’s Inclusion and Diversity team. Hoffman has also held leadership positions at Cisco; including Chief Diversity Officer.
