PRAISEWORTHY WELLBEING PROGRESS

“With these awards, we are celebrating every company that submitted a nomination. The awards process is an important and reflective exercise that highlights not only the praiseworthy progress, but also the gaps that need to be bridged,” added Sakshi Kumar, Senior Manager of Employee Wellbeing at Community Business. “As we spotlight the initiatives by the 14 finalist companies, we aim to drive wider adoption of workplace practices and programmes critical to impact real change.”

It was “impressive to see organisations navigate the pandemic with the wellbeing of their employees at the heart of their efforts” said Kumar; “as success greatly depended upon their workplace culture”. “Congratulations to the winners.
