LATINA Style Inc has revealed the 50 Best Companies for Latinas to Work for in the US.

Th publisher has crowned Johnson & Johnson as the Company of the Year for Latinas. Accenture takes the second spot on the list; followed Bank of America, Marriott International and CVS Health.

ADVANCING LATINAS IN THE US

The LATINA Style 50 Report is the most respected evaluation of corporate America’s career advancement opportunities for Latinas. The list recognises companies that support programmes that encourage training, retention and promote Latinas within the company. Evaluations for the 2021 report are based on 2020 data.
