This year’s INCLUSION event, the annual global business festival dedicated to equity, diversity and inclusion (DE&I) in the workplace, will take place between 4-6 October 2022.
This year’s festival, organised by Diversity Network, promises to focus on how to integrate inclusive culture as a core business value. Attendees will gain ideas, tools and resources to implement DE&I within your own organisation, meet with 1000s of HR, L&D and DE&I focused professionals and gain practical, strategies and advice to bring about lasting change.
Like last year’s event, INCLUSION 2022 will feature high-profile speakers from the forefront of DE&I change, covering practical steps towards equal pay, racial equality, gender equality, improved mental health and wellbeing, religious freedom, unconscious bias, equal opportunity, social mobility, fairer recruitment, disability and accessibility, neurodiversity, D&EI training, learning and development tools, and strategies for creating a more inclusive and productive workplace.
