DIAL Global’s first summit of 2023 returns on 1-2 March themed ‘Responsible Business: From Equality to Equity’.

In recent years we’ve seen a lot of initiatives in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging space, as more and more organisations take their first steps towards an inclusive workplace culture or accelerate their journey through research, learning, goals and scorecards

This is all incredibly positive, but we also need to review and reflect on our initiatives and be ready to adjust plans in order to stay on course in a changing world. With that in mind, DIAL Global brings together some of the world’s most inspirational speakers and DIBE thought leaders to guide and motivate us to reflect on how we can truly ensure we’re bringing not just diversity but also equity into all we do.
