The next Women Business Collaborative (WBC) Diversity Roundtable features male allies ‘successfully making an impact in their organisations’.
The event, entitled Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) allies making an impact on diverse talent, will take place on 31 March at 12pm (EST). Hosted by Gerri Mason Hall, Vice President Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at NetApp, the roundtable will talk to male allies with extensive experience in driving DE&I in large corporations.
Top male allies include Rolddy Leyva, Managing Vice President, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging of Capital One; Ben Hasan, Senior Vice President and Global Chief Culture, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer of Walmart Inc; and Chris Michel, former Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Americas at Bloomberg. They will discuss what’s working well for women in the workplace and what’s not, to help accelerate change.
