Disability Smart Awards 2024 finalists revealed

The Business Disability Forum (BDF) has revealed the list of inspiring finalists for this year’s Disability Smart Awards.

The annual Disability Smart Awards recognise organisations that are improving the life experiences of disabled employees and consumers by removing barriers to inclusion. The awards are a platform for sharing evidence and learnings from real life projects that have had a positive impact on disabled peoples’ lives.

“It is a huge privilege to be involved in the judging of the Disability Smart Awards 2024. Each year, the judging process becomes harder as the quality and calibre of the entries we receive increases and that is something to be celebrated,” shared Diane Lightfoot, CEO of Business Disability Forum and one of the judges for this year’s awards. “Barriers to inclusion for disabled people as employees and consumers still exist but the Disability Smart Awards show just what can be achieved when businesses and individuals work with disabled people to achieve positive and tangible outcomes. We are looking forward to sharing stories and learnings from all of our finalists.”
